THIS ROLE OFFERS CAREER DEVELOPMENT WITHIN THE CTA FUNCTION YOU MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE AS A CTA IN THE EU TO APPLY. * Do you have aspirations to work for a professional company and develop your personal skills? * Have you previously worked as a Clinical Trials Administrator or in an administrative role within a CRO? * Do you have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint? An excellent opportunity has arisen to work in one of the fastest growing Contract Research Organisations. You will ideally have worked in a previous CTA role. The Clinical Trials Administrator will act as a vital cog in the Clinical Trial process, assisting CR teams as necessary. This role can offer variety, new challenges and a defined career structure! The successful applicants will be part of the CTA Team, offering he/she the chance to enhance their career whilst making new friends and colleagues. Due to our recent success we are looking to grow this group across the UK, however, this position is for our Slough Office Function summary: * Work on 3-4 projects or one larger project. * Provision of weekly status reports. * Letter writing * Dealing with clients over the phone * Creating presentations * Organising travel * Co-ordination of diaries * Tracking and filing * Study progress tracking * Organisation of investigator meetings * Taking minutes * General administrative tasks Funtion Description: Other Requirements: * Previous administration experience * Good computer literacy with working knowledge of PCs, Windows and Microsoft Office applications. * Good oral and written communication, co-ordination skills and personal presentation. * Work experience as an administrator within a Clinical Trials or Pharmaceutical organisation is essential Offer: Salary: ATTRACTIVE SALARY + BENEFITS Position Type: Full Time - Permanent Work location: London,UK - SouthEast For a confidential discussion about this opportunity, please phone Steven Dilworth on 01753 216 674.
